This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed on our website. All orders are shipped from China.

Order Processing Time

We process orders Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Business Days Only). Order processing time: 2–3 business days. Orders are shipped on the next business day after processing is completed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

United States: 8–12 business days

Canada: 8–12 business days

Australia: 12–15 business days

Shipping method: Standard Shipping. Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Public Holidays & Delays

Shipping times may be affected during public holidays. Manufacturers, fulfillment centers, and courier services may operate with limited capacity during these periods. These delays are outside of our control, and normal operations will resume after the holidays.

Order Cancellation

If your order has already been paid for, please contact us at support@pophoot.com as soon as possible. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 2–3 business days to appear in the courier's system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and you have not received tracking information, please contact us.

Unclaimed or Returned Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are returned due to:

  • Refusal by the recipient
  • Unclaimed deliveries
  • Undeliverable addresses
  • Incorrect or insufficient address information

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees are the responsibility of the customer. Fees vary by country and are determined by local customs authorities. Customs clearance may occasionally delay delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Returns Shipping

Approved returns are shipped back to our warehouse in China. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a verified quality issue (defective, damaged, or incorrect item). Please do not ship any items back without prior written approval from our support team.

Separate Shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages due to:

  • Item availability or backorders
  • Weight or size restrictions imposed by shipping carriers

If your order is split, you will receive separate tracking information where applicable.

Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. When contacting us, please include:

  • Clear photos of the item(s)
  • Any relevant details about the issue

Missing Items

  • If you do not receive a response from our Customer Support team within 24 hours on business days or 48 hours on weekends, please check your spam or junk email folder, as our emails may have been filtered.
