Pop Hoot is operated by HONG KONG SPRAY INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, a Hong Kong–registered business.

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Please note: Returns will not be accepted for items that show signs of use, damage not caused by us, or missing original packaging.


How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at support@pophoot.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is accepted, we will provide detailed instructions, including the return address and shipping guidelines.
Please do not send items back without prior authorization.


Return Shipping Costs

  • For quality-related issues (defective, damaged, or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For non-quality-related returns, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Special Case – Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders are considered final sale. Once shipped, they cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded unless there is a verified quality issue.

Dolls & Blind Box Items (Important)
Due to the collectible nature of dolls and blind box products, opened items are not eligible for return or refund.

If you wish to return a doll, please do not open the box. The item must remain sealed and in its original condition.

For any issues (such as defects, damage, or incorrect items), please provide a clear unboxing video and contact support@pophoot.com within 48 hours of delivery. This helps us verify and resolve your issue quickly.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item and place a new order once your return is approved.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
