1. Are these blind boxes or confirmed figures?

2. What does "opened box, sealed inner bag" mean?
This means the outer box was opened only to verify the character card or style identity, while the inner foil bag remains sealed where applicable. This format is commonly used for confirmed figures and confirmed style products.
3. Are figures included with outfits?
Unless explicitly stated on the product page, figures are not included with outfits or accessories. Please check the "What's Included" and fit details on each product page before purchase.
4. How long does shipping take?

Absolutely. Pop Hoot is an independent retailer that sources products through established and verified supply channels. We are not affiliated with or representing POP MART, Kasing Lung, or any other original IP owner unless explicitly stated on a specific product page. Some products may be resale items from the secondary market, and some accessories may be independently designed products.
